Texas is all-in on AI data centers. Guess who benefits…
Dear Reader,
The state of Texas recently made a critical change to its laws…
In a quest to become the AI data center capital of the world.
Now, these giant buildings are popping up everywhere in Texas…
Houston…
Austin…
San Antonio...
There are 169 in Dallas-Fort Worth alone...
Elon Musk just bought a city, renaming it Starbase.
Another town has sprung up, comprised almost completely of gigantic data centers.
Fittingly, it’s called Data City…
Eventually, there will be enough data centers there to take up 38,000 football fields.
To put that in perspective, that’s enough fields to play every game in NFL history — nearly 100 years’ worth — and still have more than half of the fields empty.
Amazon, Google, Meta, and Microsoft all have data centers here…
And they’re spending a record $320 billion on AI this year.
Then there’s Stargate.
A $500 billion joint operation between Microsoft, Nvidia, OpenAI, Oracle and Softbank, as well as the White House.
And the first site is under construction in little Abilene, Texas, 200 miles west of Dallas.
It’s projected to be the same size as Central Park.
Now, there’s a $1.7 trillion reason all of these data centers are getting built in Texas…
And it could prove to be extremely lucrative for investors.
